Here's how to cook pink, tender pork tenderloin

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Thaw out the meat 12 hours ahead on the counter if its frozen.
  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Season the meat on both sides with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Precook the tenderloin by frying it on the stove in olive oil until its sides are golden brown.
  • Place meat in an oiled baking dish and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
  • Let the tenderloin rest outside of the oven for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with sides of rice, stir fry, or your own creative combos!
