- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Thaw out the meat 12 hours ahead on the counter if its frozen.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Season the meat on both sides with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Precook the tenderloin by frying it on the stove in olive oil until its sides are golden brown.
Place meat in an oiled baking dish and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
Let the tenderloin rest outside of the oven for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with sides of rice, stir fry, or your own creative combos!
